Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By installing any application developed by CraftUTILITY (the "Studio"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must uninstall our applications immediately.

1. License & Use

CraftUTILITY grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our utilities solely within the Shopify ecosystem. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our applications.

2. "As-Is" Provision (Limitation of Liability)

Our utilities are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. While we architect for high reliability, CraftUTILITY does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall the Studio be liable for any lost profits, lost revenue, or incidental damages arising from the use of our software.

3. Billing & Subscriptions

All billing is handled exclusively through the Shopify platform. Any disputes regarding charges must be addressed through Shopify's billing support. CraftUTILITY does not store or process your payment information directly.

4. Modifications to Service

The Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any application or feature at any time. We will provide reasonable notice via the Shopify admin dashboard for any significant changes that impact core functionality.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Studio operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
